Evening Show
Jeff Carson

Our Host and MC for the evening, is Funnyman Jeff Carson. Jeff Carson is a magician, comedian, and juggler. He started performing over 30 years ago at the age of 8. After earning a college degree in Theater and Speech Communication he immediately became a full time professional magician.

Since then he has appeared on talk shows and documentaries, (even on radio!), showing off his original performance style. He has per-formed for corporations, colleges, cruise ships, and casinos as well as countless private parties across the country.

Jeff has the perfect form of entertainment. He combines magic and illusion for your mind and comedy for your funny bone.

Jeff's brand of magic comes in all sizes. He performs close-up strolling magic right under your nose. He also does night club size shows for corporations and full blown illusion shows for theaters. Whatever size audience he's performing for, the feeling is intimate and casual.
Steve Petra

Steve Petra trained at the National Theatre of Puppet Arts and at Jim Henson Productions in Manhattan. Since 1990 he has been a professional puppeteer performing his own scripts, songs and music. Before that time he worked as a professional musician. He now specializes in educational assembly programs. When he's not doing shows, Steve is working on TV and DVD projects.

Steve combines educational material with puppetry, illusions, props, sound effects, music and humor to keep students engaged. This is live theatre on their level. Many students have never seen a ventriloquist show and are fascinated. Our goal is to leave them with an interest in these theatre arts as well as in the subject matter presented.

Steve has performed at Puppeteers of America festivals and at Puppet Guild of Long Island events. He's a member of The Puppeteers of America, UNIMA, the Puppet Guild of Long Island and The International Ventriloquists Association.
